Acuerdo en mención tiene por objeto establecer los días en que las unidades administrativas de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social y su Órgano Administrativo Desconcentrado suspenderán labores durante el año 2026, mismos que serán considerados como inhábiles para efectos de las diligencias y actuaciones de los procedimientos administrativos que se tramitan o deban tramitarse en las mismas, por lo que no correrán plazos ni vencerán términos legales.

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the days on which the administrative units of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and its Decentralized Administrative Body will suspend work during the year 2026, which will be considered as non-working days for the purposes of the procedures and actions of the administrative procedures that are processed or must be processed in them, so legal terms will not run or expire.
