THE REGULATORY IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE OF THE JUÁREZ DE MÉXICO HOSPITAL WILL BE COMPOSED OF THE PUBLIC SERVANTS HEADS OF THE MEDICAL, RESEARCH AND TEACHING, NURSING, INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LINKAGE, AND ADMINISTRATION DIRECTORATES, AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GENERATE THE REGULATORY DOCUMENTS TO REGULATE ITS OPERATION AND FUNCTIONING. IT WILL LIKEWISE HAVE THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL UNIT, AN ADVISER FROM THE INTERNAL CONTROL BODY IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE HEAD OF THE REPRESENTATION OFFICE AT THE JUÁREZ DE MÉXICO HOSPITAL AS AN ALTERNATE. The Committee shall have the authority to annually request that the Area Directorates review the internal regulations published on the Institutional Portal, in order for them to give an opinion on their status; to receive draft internal regulations from the generating Area Directorates for approval; to forward the proposed draft internal regulations to the corresponding Areas for their review; and to inform the generating Area Directorates of the corresponding draft internal regulations of the corresponding opinion.
