To define the objectives, strategies, and lines of action of the Fund for Human Resource Development, from 2023 to 2024, in the matter of the grant of credit for education of highly qualified human resources in benefit of Mexico, align to the National Development Plan 2019-2024; published on the 12 of July 2019 in the Official Federation Journal; Institutional Program 2020-2024 of the Science and Technology National Counsel, published on the 23 of June 2020 in the Official Federation Journal, and with the Special Program of Science, Technology and Innovation 2021-2024, published on the 28 of December 2021 in the Official Federation Journal. Objectives 1.- To incentive the study of postgraduate programs of high academic quality in behalf of Mexican students, throughout the reception of applications and their relation with the granting of educational credits that contribute to the social wellbeing. 2.- To promote that the benefits associate to the training and actualization of high-level specialist that allocate to activities in favor of the society and the development of the country. 3.- To foment the establishment of interinstitutional alliances between FIDERH and strategic actors in favor to postgraduate students in benefit of the national development. 4.- To maintain a low proportion of Past due portfolio in relation to the total portfolio in administration of FIDERH to increase the available resources for the granting of educational credit to a larger number of mexican nationality postgraduate students in favor of the social wellbeing. Goals 1.1 Conversion rate in the reception of educational credit applications 1.2 Number of received educational credit applications 1.3 Approved percentage of educational credit 2.1 Percentage of accredited people that obtain payment facilities for the credit payment to develop professional activities in benefit of the country. 2.2 Number of accredited people that count with payment facilities 2.3 Number of credits in the FIDERH portfolio administration 3.1 Conversion rate of the number of supports granted by universities throughout institutional agreements with the FIDERH 3.2 Total amount of the supports for the FIDERH accredited,
generated by institutional agreements with universities. 3.3 Number of interinstitutional agreements formalize between FIDERH and the universities. 4.1 Percentage of past due Portfolio 4.2 Amount of past due portfolio in administration of the FIDERH 4.3 Number of credits in the portfolio administration of the FIDERH.
