Se pretende beneficiar a los trabajadores teniendo una mayor certeza de que los padecimientos que sufren con motivo de sus trabajos están reflejados en la tabla de enfermedades y van a tener una protección del seguro de riesgos de trabajo. A las tablas, integradas originalmente por 161 enfermedades, se agregaron en esta revisión, 88 padecimientos laborales, se aumentaron de 4 a 30 tipos de cáncer, y por primera vez se incorporan enfermedades de tipo psicosocial, como el estrés de tipo laboral.

It is intended to benefit workers by having greater certainty that the ailments they suffer due to their work are reflected in the table of diseases and will have protection from work risk insurance. To the tables, originally made up of 161 illnesses, 88 work-related illnesses were added in this review, increasing from 4 to 30 types of cancer, and psychosocial illnesses, such as work-related stress, are included for the first time.
