Derivado de la revisión técnica de los cronogramas, la ejecución de acciones y los acuerdos del Comité de Evaluación, se aprobaron modificaciones a los montos de los recursos previstos en los Anexos Técnicos publicados en el DOF. Conforme a la Ley Federal de Presupuesto y Responsabilidad Hacendaria, la Secretaría de las Mujeres es responsable de otorgar y vigilar el ejercicio de los subsidios federales. Para el ejercicio fiscal 2025, dichos subsidios se destinarán a la creación, fortalecimiento y operación de los Centros de Justicia para las Mujeres, mediante Convenios de Coordinación y Adhesión. Asimismo, corresponde a la Secretaría publicar y difundir dichos instrumentos jurídicos. En cumplimiento de lo anterior, se emite el presente instrumento.

As a result of the technical review of the timelines, the implementation of actions, and the agreements of the Evaluation Committee, modifications were approved to the amounts of resources stipulated in the Technical Annexes published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF). In accordance with the Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Law, the Ministry of Women is responsible for granting and overseeing the use of federal subsidies. For fiscal year 2025, these subsidies will be allocated to the creation, strengthening, and operation of Justice Centers for Women, through Coordination and Adhesion Agreements. The Ministry is also responsible for publishing and disseminating these legal instruments. In compliance with the foregoing, this document is issued.
