ACUERDO POR EL QUE SE DELEGAN FACULTADES A LAS PERSONAS TITULARES, ENCARGADAS U HOMÓLOGAS DE LAS OFICINAS DE REPRESENTACIÓN EN LAS ENTIDADES FEDERATIVAS DE LA PROCURADURÍA AGRARIA Se delega en las personas titulares, encargadas u homólogas de las Oficinas de Representación en las Entidades Federativas de la Procuraduría Agraria, la facultad de suscribir contratos, convenios y demás actos jurídicos que celebre dicho organismo descentralizado, los cuales deben ser validados jurídicamente por los Subrepresentantes Jurídicos, encargados del despacho u homólogos.

AGREEMENT DELEGATING POWERS TO THE HEADS, OFFICERS, OR EQUIVALENTS OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES OF THE AGRARIAN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE IN THE FEDERAL ENTITIES The power to sign contracts, agreements, and other legal acts entered into by the Agrarian Attorney General's Office in the Federal Entities is hereby delegated to the heads, officers, or equivalent officials of the Representative Offices of the Agrarian Attorney General's Office in the Federal Entities. These acts must be legally validated by the Legal Sub-Representatives, officers in charge, or equivalent officials.
