El instrumento refiere que la Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes, en términos de las disposiciones jurídicas aplicables, da por terminado el “Título de Asignación” FMT, toda vez que Fonatur Tren Maya”, S.A. de C.V., bajo su responsabilidad manifiesta la desaparición del objeto de la Asignación que se le otorgó por el Gobierno Federal derivado de la entrega - recepción del Proyecto Tren Maya a TM, y como consecuencia de ello, ha dejado de contar con las capacidades necesarias para cumplir con la Asignación que se le otorgó, aunado a que dicha empresa procederá a desincorporarse de la Administración Pública Federal.

The instrument indicates that the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, terminates the Assignment Title FMT, since Fonatur Tren Maya, S.A. de C.V., under its responsibility, declares the disappearance of the object of the Assignment granted to it by the Federal Government derived from the delivery – receipt of the Tren Maya Project to TM, and consequently, has ceased to have the necessary capabilities to fulfill the Assignment that was granted to it, in addition to the fact that said company will proceed to withdraw from the Federal Public Administration.
