Resumen del anteproyecto


El objetivo del Acuerdo es dejar insubsistente el Acuerdo A/023/2022 emitido por la extinta CRE, respecto de las actividades de comercialización y expendio al público de Gas LP, en las modalidades de a) bodegas de expendio, b) estaciones de servicio con fin específico y c) estaciones de servicio multimodal, en estricto cumplimiento a diversas sentencias de juicios de amparo en contra de la aplicación del Acuerdo A/023/2022.

Summary of the draft


The purpose of this Agreement is to render null the Agreement A/023/2022, issued by the, now extinct, Energy Regulatory Commission, with respect to the activities of commercialization and retail sale of liquefied petroleum gas, in the following modalities: a) storage warehouses, b) service stations with a specific purpose, and c) multimodal service stations, in strict compliance with various court rulings in amparo proceedings against the application of Agreement A/023/2022.
