El objetivo de la regulación propuesta o Aviso es dar a conocer que la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Industrial y de Protección al Medio Ambiente del Sector Hidrocarburos (Agencia o ASEA) someterá al proceso de consulta pública el Proyecto de Norma Oficial Mexicana PROY-NOM-024-ASEA-2025, Manejo de Agua producida y/o Fluido de retorno asociado a la Exploración y Extracción de Hidrocarburos - Especificaciones de Seguridad Industrial, Seguridad Operativa y protección al medio ambiente, mismo documento que fue aprobado por el Comité Consultivo Nacional de Normalización de Seguridad Industrial y Operativa y Protección al Medio Ambiente del Sector Hidrocarburos en su Tercera Sesión Extraordinaria 2025 celebrada el día 30 de octubre del 2025. Así como, señalar el enlace en la cual estará disponible para su consultada y el correo electrónico al que los interesados podrán presentar sus comentarios. Lo anterior, con la finalidad de estar en posibilidades de dar cumplimiento con lo establecido en el artículo 35, fracción V, primer párrafo y 38 de la Ley de Infraestructura de la Calidad.

The objective of the proposed regulation or Notice is to announce that the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbon Sector (Agency or ASEA) will submit to the public consultation process the Draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-024-ASEA-2025, Management of Produced Water and/or Return Fluid Associated with Oil Exploration and Extraction - Specifications for Industrial Safety, Operational Safety and Environmental Protection, which was approved by the National Advisory Committee on Standardization of Industrial and Operational Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbon Sector at its Third Extraordinary Session 2025 held on October 30th, 2025. As well as, indicate the link where it will be available for consultation and the email address to which interested parties may submit their comments. The above, in order to be able to comply with the provisions of article 35, section V, first paragraph and 38 of the Quality Infrastructure Law.
