La Procuraduría Agraria promoverá que el Servicio Jurídico Agrario se conforme por abogados agrarios capacitados bajo altos estándares académicos y profesionales, impulsando acciones para que se especialicen con base en el sistema de evaluación y certificación sustentados en indicadores que permitan medir objetivamente el desempeño y los resultados obtenidos, lo que contribuirá a mejorar la calidad en la atención de los servicios brindados, fortaleciendo los vínculos éticos y profesionales entre éstos y los sujetos y núcleos agrarios. Asimismo, se fomentará la actualización permanente de los abogados agrarios a través de modelos de formación integral, que incorporen aspectos jurídicos, sociales, culturales y ambientales propios del ámbito agrario. Además, se otorgará el reconocimiento institucional y social como agentes clave en la protección de estos derechos, contribuyendo activamente a la seguridad jurídica en la propiedad y tenencia de la tierra, incluyendo la de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas y afromexicanas, con pleno respeto a sus derechos.

The Agrarian Attorney General's Office will promote the formation of an Agrarian Legal Service staffed by agrarian lawyers trained to high academic and professional standards. It will encourage specialization based on an evaluation and certification system supported by indicators that objectively measure performance and results, thereby improving the quality of services provided and strengthening ethical and professional ties between these lawyers and agrarian communities. Furthermore, the ongoing professional development of agrarian lawyers will be fostered through comprehensive training models that incorporate legal, social, cultural, and environmental aspects specific to the agrarian field. In addition, institutional and social recognition will be granted to these lawyers as key agents in the protection of these rights, actively contributing to legal security in land ownership and tenure, including that of Indigenous and Afro-Mexican peoples and communities, with full respect for their rights.
