La Resolución por la que se reforma la diversa que expide el formato oficial para el reporte de transferencias internacionales de fondos en términos de las Disposiciones de carácter general a que se refiere el artículo 115 de la Ley de Instituciones de Crédito así como el instructivo para su llenado, tiene como finalidad actualizar la longitud, formato y reglas de negocio de la información de los tipos de mensajes SWIFT (formato MT) que migran a formato MX de acuerdo a la certificación ISO 20022, estableciéndose como fecha límite para la migración el 22 de noviembre de 2025; así como con la finalidad de agregar un campo que permita integrar al reporte la información de los países y jurisdicciones involucrados en las transferencias internacionales de fondos. Finalmente, se renumera la totalidad de los campos que integran este Layout.

The Resolution amending the resolution that establishes the official format for reporting international fund transfers, in accordance with the General Provisions referred to in Article 115 of the Law on Credit Institutions, as well as the instructions for completing it, aims to update the length, format, and business rules for the information on SWIFT message types (MT format) that are migrating to MX format in accordance with ISO 20022 certification, setting November 22, 2025, as the deadline for migration. It also aims to add a field that allows for the inclusion in the report of information on the countries and jurisdictions involved in international fund transfers. Finally, all fields in this layout are renumbered.
