Proyecto de acuerdo tiene por objeto emitir reglas de operación del Comité Consultivo Nacional de Normalización del Sector Hidrocarburos, que es el órgano encargado de la elaboración y actualizar las normas oficiales mexicanas respecto de las actividades reguladas en la Ley del Sector Hidrocarburos y su reglamento.

The Draft agreement aims to establish the operating rules of the National Advisory Committee for Standardization of the Hydrocarbons Sector, which is the body in charge of preparing and updating official Mexican standards with respect to the activities regulated in the Hydrocarbons Sector Law and its regulations.
