The draft bill aims to promote simplification measures, such as merging procedures, reducing regulatory burdens, and implementing and updating notification and application forms. It also seeks to decrease response times and eliminate procedures offered by the National Service for Agrifood Health, Safety and Quality, measures that are considered fundamental to strengthen the government's operational efficiency, guaranteeing faster, more transparent, and timely access to services by users. This will be achieved through the streamlining and standardization of processes and access and consultation sites, the reduction of administrative burdens, the adoption and use of standardized forms, and the promotion of results-oriented management, optimizing public resources and improving relationship between the Service and its users.
