Based on the foregoing, this General Organization Manual was formulated with the objective of creating a dynamic, easy-to-reference administrative tool that supports the orderly development of the work of the administrative units of the Attorney General's Office.
The document consists of an introduction; the objective and background of the institution; the Legal-Administrative Framework that governs and regulates its operations; definitions considered relevant for a better understanding of the text; the powers conferred by the Agrarian Law and its Internal Regulations; the Organizational Structure of how it is internally organized and how powers, responsibilities, and hierarchical levels are distributed, as well as their graphic representation through an Organizational Chart; and finally, the General Objectives and Functions carried out by each of the administrative units that comprise the Attorney General's Office.
