Con base en lo anterior, se formuló el presente Manual de Organización General que responde al objetivo de crear un instrumento administrativo, dinámico y de fácil consulta que apoye el desarrollo ordenado del trabajo de las unidades administrativas de la Procuraduría. El documento se integra por una introducción; el objetivo y antecedentes de la Institución, el Marco Jurídico-Administrativo que norma y regula su actuación; las definiciones consideradas relevantes para una mejor comprensión del texto; las atribuciones que le confiere la Ley Agraria y su Reglamento Interior; la Estructura Orgánica de cómo se organiza en su interior y la forma en que se distribuyen las atribuciones, responsabilidades y niveles jerárquicos, así como su representación gráfica a través de un Organigrama; y finalmente los Objetivos y Funciones Generales que llevan a cabo cada una de las unidades administrativas que conforman la Procuraduría.

Based on the foregoing, this General Organization Manual was formulated with the objective of creating a dynamic, easy-to-reference administrative tool that supports the orderly development of the work of the administrative units of the Attorney General's Office. The document consists of an introduction; the objective and background of the institution; the Legal-Administrative Framework that governs and regulates its operations; definitions considered relevant for a better understanding of the text; the powers conferred by the Agrarian Law and its Internal Regulations; the Organizational Structure of how it is internally organized and how powers, responsibilities, and hierarchical levels are distributed, as well as their graphic representation through an Organizational Chart; and finally, the General Objectives and Functions carried out by each of the administrative units that comprise the Attorney General's Office.
