Las Reglas Generales para el funcionamiento de la Oficialía de Partes Electrónica de la Comisión Nacional de Energía establecen los requisitos para solicitar el trámite de Registro de Persona Acreditada (RPA) ante la Comisión Nacional de Energía, así como regular el funcionamiento de la Oficialía de Partes Electrónica de dicha Comisión, como medio electrónico oficial, a través del cual, las Personas Acreditadas pueden presentar y dar seguimiento a trámites, solicitudes, promociones o cualquier otro documento relacionado con las actividades en materia energética, y por su parte, la Comisión puede realizar actuaciones, supervisar y practicar notificaciones a las Personas Acreditadas respecto a cualquier documento relacionado con dichas actividades reguladas.

The General Rules for the operation of the Electronic Filing Office of the National Energy Commission establish the requirements for requesting the Accredited Person Registration (APR) procedure before the National Energy Commission, as well as regulating the operation of the Electronic Filing Office of said Commission, as the official electronic means through which Accredited Persons may submit and track procedures, requests, filings, or any other document related to activities in the energy sector. In turn, the Commission may carry out actions, oversee processes, and serve notifications to Accredited Persons regarding any document related to such regulated activities.
