In accordance with Articles 7, section XV, and 10, section II of the Organic Statute of Lotería Nacional, among the Administrative Units that comprise the Lotería Nacional is the Deputy General Directorate of Administration and Finance, which holds the powers granted under Articles 30, 33, 34, and 36 of said Statute. Additionally, pursuant to the organizational structure approved at the Second Extraordinary Session of Lotería Nacional Board of Directors held on January 22, 2025, the Human Resources Department is part of the aforementioned Deputy Directorate. With the purpose of promoting better organization of administrative work, strengthening the effectiveness of the regulatory provisions governing Lotería Nacional, and optimizing efficiency in the execution of institutional functions, and within the scope of the powers conferred upon the Head of the Deputy General Directorate of Administration and Finance, pursuant to Article 33, section XVII, in correlation with Article 34 of the Organic Statute of Lotería Nacional, this agreement is issued whereby authority is delegated to the Head of the Human Resources Department to issue certified copies of original documents, as well as to issue certificates of information contained in magnetic or electronic media held in the archives under the jurisdiction of the Deputy General Directorate of Administration and Finance, exclusively relating to personnel files.
