En cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por el artículo 27-A, fracción III, último párrafo de la Ley de Coordinación Fiscal, y con fundamento en el artículo 9 del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría de Educación Pública, una vez que se concluyó la negociación entre la representación de las autoridades educativas de las entidades federativas, el Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación, con la participación de la Secretaría de Educación Pública, se informa el incremento en remuneraciones que fue acordado para el personal que ocupa las plazas transferidas a las entidades federativas a que se refieren los artículos 26 y 26-A del citado ordenamiento legal.

In compliance with the provisions of article 27-A, section III, last paragraph of the Fiscal Coordination Law, and based on article 9 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Public Education, once the negotiation between the representation of the educational authorities of the federal entities, the National Union of Education Workers, with the participation of the Ministry of Public Education, the increase in remuneration that was agreed for the personnel occupying the positions transferred to the federal entities is reported referred to in articles 26 and 26-A of the aforementioned legal order.
