The Amendment to the 2025 Credit Program allocates 7,000,000,000.00 (seven billion pesos 00/100 Mexican pesos) from the approved budget to grant loans to contributing women who contribute to FOVISSSTE, with an interest rate between 2.0% and 3.5%, prioritizing equitable access to housing, based on budget availability.
The 2025 Credit Program is as follows:
The FOVISSSTE 2025 Credit Program provides for the granting of 34,629 to 41,063 mortgage loans, of which 30,216 to 35,829 will be offered for the Traditional and Pensioner schemes, first and second loans; and 4,413 to 5,234 will be allocated to Contingency Loans, understood as financing granted for eventualities, contingencies, or circumstances beyond FOVISSSTE's normal programming, or for the fulfillment of public policies.
Of the total of 30,216 to 35,829 loans for the Traditional and Pensioner schemes, first and second loans, between 28,437 and 33,719 loans will be allocated to FOVISSSTE Individual, Joint, and Family; 1,244 to 1,475 loans will be allocated to the FOVISSSTE-INFONAVIT Spousal scheme; 217 to 258 loans will be allocated to the FOVISSSTE-INFONAVIT Individual scheme; and 318 to 377 loans will cover the Pensioner scheme.
