Se realizaron adecuaciones a diversos artículos respecto a la denominación del Órgano Interno de Control. Asimismo, se adecuaron fundamentos jurídicos de las facultades del Órgano de Vigilancia previstas en el Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, y se hace referencia a la nueva denominación del referido Reglamento Interior. Se agregaron atribuciones a la Dirección General y se eliminaron atribuciones de la Subdirección General de Nuevos Negocios, Mercadotecnia y Publicidad.

Adjustments were made to various articles regarding the name of the Internal Oversight Body. Likewise, the legal basis for the Oversight Body's powers provided for in the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance were revised, and reference is made to the new name of the aforementioned Internal Regulations. Powers were added to the General Directorate, and powers were eliminated from the Subdirectorate General of New Business, Marketing, and Advertising.
