Regulación que tiene como propósito actualizar los Lineamientos para Regular el Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias, publicados en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) el 03 de agosto de 2023, derivado de la recién modificación al Estatuto Orgánico del SNDIF, publicada en el DOF el 30 de diciembre de 2024, mediante el cual quedó previsto en el artículo 34, fracción VIII Bis, que la facultad de diseñar, implementar, actualizar y administrar, con arreglo a las disposiciones jurídicas aplicables, corresponde a la Dirección General de Coordinación y Políticas de la Procuraduría Federal de Protección de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes y ya no a la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos como era anteriormente. Además que, han sido detectadas por los enlaces de los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia en las entidades federativas y de la Ciudad de México, diversas áreas de oportunidad en la operación del RNOA, por lo que, resulta necesario llevar a cabo diversas actualizaciones técnicas y normativas.

This regulation aims to update the Guidelines for Regulating the National Registry of Child Support Obligations, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on August 3, 2023, resulting from the recent amendment to the Organic Statute of the SNDIF, published in the DOF on December 30, 2024. Article 34, Section VIII Bis, established that the power to design, implement, update, and administer, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, corresponds to the General Directorate of Coordination and Policies of the Federal Attorney's Office for the Protection of Children and Adolescents, and no longer to the General Directorate of Legal Affairs, as it was previously the case. Furthermore, the liaisons of the Superior Courts of Justice in the states and Mexico City have identified various areas of opportunity in the operation of the RNOA, making it necessary to carry out various technical and regulatory updates.
