De acuerdo con el artículo 4° del Reglamento de la Ley de Aguas Nacionales, una vez realizados los trabajos de delimitación de zona federal de una corriente o cuerpo de agua, se publicará el aviso de demarcación en el Diario Oficial de la Federación. Lo anterior, con el objeto de señalar físicamente los límites del cauce y zona federal, en este caso para un tramo del Arroyo sin Nombre, ubicado en el municipio de Tepotzotlán, Estado de México. El tramo del cual se informará que será demarcado, corresponde a 732 m de la margen izquierda y derecha (del km 0+002 al km 0+734) de dicha corriente.

In accordance with article 4 of the Regulation of the National Water Law, once the technical analysis of the federal area of a stream or body of water have been carried out, the determination notice will be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation. The above, in order to physically indicate the limits of the channel and its federal area, in this case for a length of the Unnamed Stream, in the municipality of Tepotzotlan, State of Mexico. The length that will be demarcated, corresponds to 732 m of the right and left margin (from km 0+002 to 0+734).
