Se delega en la persona titular de la Dirección General La Escuela es Nuestra, las facultades para coordinar las acciones de implementación y operación del Programa La Escuela es Nuestra para el ejercicio fiscal 2025 (PROGRAMA), debiendo realizar ante las instancias competentes de la Administración Pública Federal, Estatal y Municipal, todas las acciones, trámites y la suscripción, en representación de la Secretaría de Educación Pública, de contratos, convenios y demás actos jurídicos de cuya ejecución se desprenda el otorgamiento de subsidios con sujeción a lo dispuesto en la normativa aplicable y previo acuerdo con la persona titular de la Unidad de Actualización Normativa, Legalidad y Regulación, que permitan el cumplimiento eficiente y eficaz de los objetivos y metas del PROGRAMA, así como planear, programar, ejercer y comprobar el presupuesto aprobado y ejercido del PROGRAMA en coordinación con las unidades administrativas que resulten competentes de la referida dependencia. Las facultades que se delegan se deberán ejercer con sujeción a lo dispuesto en la normativa aplicable, sin perjuicio de su ejercicio directo por parte de la persona titular de la Secretaría de Educación Pública. La persona titular de la Dirección General La Escuela es Nuestra informará trimestralmente a la persona titular de la Secretaría de Educación Pública, sobre el ejercicio de las facultades que por este Acuerdo se le delegan.
