El anteproyecto consiste en autorizar por única ocasión una prórroga de 365 días naturales posteriores al plazo previsto en el acuerdo Segundo del Acuerdo Núm. A/051/2023 por el que la Comisión Reguladora de Energía emite los Criterios Generales para la evaluación del Beneficio Neto de las obras solicitadas por particulares para ser incluidas en los Programas de Ampliación y Modernización de la Red Nacional de Transmisión y los elementos de las Redes Generales de Distribución que correspondan al Mercado Eléctrico Mayorista, así como para la cesión y adquisición de redes particulares, con fundamento en los artículos 34 y 44 de la Ley de la Industria Eléctrica, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 18 de enero de 2024.

The project consists of authorizing for a single occasion an extension of 365 calendar days after the period provided in the Agreement No. A/051/2023 published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 18, 2024, by which the Energy Regulatory Commission issues the General Criteria for the evaluation of the Net Benefit of the infraestructure to be included in the Expansion and Modernization Programs of the National Transmission Network and the elements of the General Distribution Networks that correspond to the Market Wholesale Electricity, as well as for the transfer and acquisition of particular networks, based on articles 34 and 44 of the Electrical Industry Law.
