La actualización al Estatuto Orgánico del CONEVAL tiene por objeto principal reflejar las Unidades Administrativas que lo integran, derivado de la extinción del Órgano Interno de Control y la creación de la Oficina de Representación en el Consejo, conforme lo dispuesto por los artículos 1 y 2 del “Acuerdo” publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 21 de diciembre de 2023, así como el cumplimiento a la obligación de promover el uso del lenguaje incluyente, sin estereotipos sexistas y discriminatorios, específicamente en lo referente a la mención del “Secretario Ejecutivo”, remplazándola por “la persona titular de la Secretaría Ejecutiva”, conforme lo establecido en el artículo 18, fracción III del Código de Ética de la Administración Pública Federal.

The main purpose of the update to the Organic Statute of CONEVAL is to reflect the Administrative Units that comprise it, derived from the extinction of the Internal Control Body and the creation of the Representation Office in the Council, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1 and 2 of the "Agreement" published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2023, as well as compliance with the obligation to promote the use of inclusive language, without sexist and discriminatory stereotypes, specifically regarding the mention of the "Executive Secretary", replacing it with "the person holding the Executive Secretariat", as established in article 18, section III of the Code of Ethics of the Federal Public Administration.
