El anteproyecto de la Propuesta Regulatoria tiene como finalidad adecuar la regulación secundaria con las modificaciones a la LMV publicadas en el DOF el 28 de diciembre de 2023, que buscan flexibilizar el acceso al mercado bursátil, fomentar la inversión y modernizar el mercado. Se espera que los beneficios de la reforma se materialicen en el mediano y largo plazo, facilitando el acceso al financiamiento bursátil para un mayor número de empresas, reduciendo requisitos y fortaleciendo la competitividad del mercado bursátil mexicano.

The purpose of the preliminary draft of the Regulatory Proposal is to adapt the secondary regulation with the modifications to the LMV published in the DOF on December 28, 2023, which seek to make access to the stock market more flexible, encourage investment and modernize the market. The benefits of the reform are expected to materialize in the medium and long term, facilitating access to stock financing for a greater number of companies, reducing requirements and strengthening the competitiveness of the Mexican stock market.
