El presente Acuerdo requiere modificar únicamente las metas 2024 de ocho de los nueve indicadores establecidos en el numeral 8. Metas para el bienestar y parámetros del Programa Institucional, a fin de ajustarse a la realidad actual del sector; como parte del ajuste y para generar la proyección de la meta 2024 se consideraron los resultados obtenidos en los indicadores de los últimos ocho años (incluyendo la línea base). Por lo que, la serie histórica de las metas 2024 se construye con el periodo del 2016-2023 y este último año se considera como la línea base, ya que ésta se debe establecer con el último año del que se dispongan cifras definitivas. En este sentido, se actualizan los valores que conforman el método de cálculo correspondiente a la línea base 2023 y a las metas 2024.
