La RESOLUCIÓN POR LA QUE SE EXPIDE EL FORMATO OFICIAL PARA QUE LAS INSTITUCIONES DE CRÉDITO LLEVEN A CABO EL INTERCAMBIO DE INFORMACIÓN EN TÉRMINOS DE LO PREVISTO EN EL PRIMER PÁRRAFO DE LA 62ª OCTIES DE LAS DISPOSICIONES DE CARÁCTER GENERAL A QUE SE REFIERE EL ARTÍCULO 115 DE LA LEY DE INSTITUCIONES DE CRÉDITO, tiene por objeto expedir el formato oficial para que las instituciones de crédito puedan intercambiar información con el fin de fortalecer las medidas para prevenir y detectar actos, omisiones u operaciones que pudieran facilitar, prestar ayuda, auxilio o cooperación de cualquier especie para la comisión de los delitos de operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita y financiamiento al terrorismo.

The purpose of RESOLUTION ISSUING THE OFFICIAL FORMAT FOR CREDIT INSTITUTIONS TO CARRY OUT THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION IN TERMS OF THE PROVISIONS OF GENERAL CHARACTER REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 115 OF THE CREDIT INSTITUTIONS LAW, is to issue the official format for credit institutions to exchange information to strengthen measures to prevent and detect acts, omissions or operations that could facilitate, provide aid, assistance or cooperation of any kind for the commission of the crimes of operations with resources of illicit origin and financing of terrorism.
