Se modifican los artículos 8, fracciones II, inciso b y IX, 9, fracciones V y VIII, 16, último párrafo, 24, primer párrafo, 26, actividades No. 4 y 5, la tabla del artículo 31, los diagramas de flujo de los Procedimientos para la Planeación, Programación y Presupuestación y autorización de los Planes Anuales de Trabajo del Subcomponente Cooperación Regional en Materia Fitozoosanitaria ambos del Componente IV. Soporte a la Sanidad e Inocuidad del Anexo II y el artículo DECIMO del Anexo III Lineamientos Técnicos Específicos para la operación de los Componentes de Vigilancia Epidemiológica de Plagas y Enfermedades Fitozoosanitarias, Campañas Fitozoosanitarias e Inocuidad Agroalimentaria, Acuícola y Pesquera y se adiciona una segunda tabla al artículo 24 y un diagrama de flujo en el Anexo II, todos del Acuerdo por el que se dan a conocer las Reglas de Operación del Programa de Sanidad e Inocuidad Agroalimentaria de la Secretaría de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural para el ejercicio 2024, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 26 de diciembre de 2023
