La propuesta tiene como objeto normar los mecanismos, procedimientos, responsabilidades y plazos; publicar los formatos oficiales a utilizarse en los procesos y establecer el catálogo de obras, acciones, gastos indirectos y del Programa de Desarrollo Institucional Municipal y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales de la Ciudad de México (PRODIM) que deben observar los gobiernos locales y de las entidades federativas para la eficaz y eficiente planeación, operación y seguimiento del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social (FAIS), en sus dos componentes, Fondo de Infraestructura Social para las Entidades (FISE) y Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal (FAISMUN).

The proposal has the objective of regulation of mechanisms, procedures, responsabilities and deadlines; to publish the official formats to be used in the processes and establish the catalog of works, actions, indirect expenses and the Municipal Institutional Development Program and the Territorial Demarcations of Mexico City (PRODIM) that local governments and entities must observe and the federal entities for the effective and efficient planning, operation and monitoring of the Contribution Fund for Social Infrastructure (FAIS), in its two components, Social Infrastructure Fund for Entities (FISE) and Contribution Fund for Municipal Social Infrastructure and the Territorial Demarcations of the Federal District (FAISMUN).
