Es el documento por virtud del cual el Organismo Público Descentralizado, con personalidad Jurídica y patrimonio propio, no sectorizado, denominado Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec, creado mediante Decreto publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF), el 14 de junio de 2019 y su reforma publicada en el mismo informativo federal el 14 de marzo del 2023, establece los objetivos y funciones de las unidades administrativas que integran su estructura orgánica autorizada por la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público y registrada ante la Secretaría de la Función Pública, para dar cumplimiento a las facultades y atribuciones conferidas en el nuevo Estatuto Orgánico del Corredor publicado el 24 de julio del 2023 en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, mismo que ordena en su Artículo TERCERO que a la letra dice: La persona titular de la Dirección General debe realizar las adecuaciones conducentes al Manual General de Organización del Corredor, previa aprobación de la Junta de Gobierno, en un plazo de 90 días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente al de la entrada en vigor del presente Estatuto Orgánico.
