Este programa requiere una inversión de $43,733 millones (cuarenta y tres mil setecientos treinta y tres millones de pesos) que serán financiados con las aportaciones de la subcuenta de vivienda del SAR, la recuperación de créditos, productos financieros, emisiones en los mercados de capital (bursatilización de la cartera y/o fondeo con líneas de almacenamiento), como se aprecia en el siguiente cuadro.
