El Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Nacional para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia es un instrumento normativo por medio del cual se establece la estructura organizacional y atribuciones establecidas en la Ley General de Salud correlativa con la Ley de Asistencia Social. Lo anterior, se expide con la finalidad de armonizar al marco normativo aplicable a esta entidad paraestatal.
