Se modifican los párrafos primero y segundo del artículo 2o.; las fracciones I, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII y XIV del artículo 3o.; el artículo 4o.; la fracción VI del artículo 5o.; el artículo 6o.; la fracción I y los párrafos primero y último del artículo 7o.; el párrafo primero y las fracciones IV, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, XIV y XV del artículo 8o.; el artículo 9; las fracciones I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, y los párrafos primero, tercero y cuarto del artículo 10; las fracciones I, II, III, IV, IX, X y XI del artículo 11; las fracciones I, III, VI, VII, VIII y IX del artículo 14; el artículo15; el párrafo primero y las fracciones II, III, IV, VII, VIII y IX del artículo 16; el artículo 17 y las fracciones II, III y VI del artículo 18; se adicionan los párrafos tercero, cuarto y quinto del artículo 2o.; las fracciones IV BIS y XIV BIS del artículo 3o.; la fracción V BIS del artículo 10; el artículo 11 BIS; la fracción VII BIS del artículo 14; la fracción VIII BIS del artículo 16; las fracciones III, IV y V del artículo 19 y el artículo 20 y se derogan la fracción III del artículo 5o.; la fracción VII del artículo 11; el artículo 12; el artículo 13; la fracción II del artículo 14; se deroga la fracción VI del artículo 16, del Decreto que crea la Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de México, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 19 de enero de 2012

The first and second paragraphs of article 2 are modified; sections I, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII and XIV of article 3; the 4th article.; section VI of article 5; article 6; section I and the first and last paragraphs of article 7; the first paragraph and sections IV, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, XIV and XV of article 8; article 9; sections I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, and the first, third and fourth paragraphs of article 10; sections I, II, III, IV, IX, X and XI of article 11; sections I, III, VI, VII, VIII and IX of article 14; article 15; the first paragraph and sections II, III, IV, VII, VIII and IX of article 16; article 17 and sections II, III and VI of article 18; the third, fourth and fifth paragraphs of article 2 are added; sections IV BIS and XIV BIS of article 3; section V BIS of article 10; article 11 BIS; section VII BIS of article 14; section VIII BIS of article 16; sections III, IV and V of article 19 and article 20 and section III of article 5 is repealed; section VII of article 11; article 12; article 13; section II of article 14; Section VI of Article 16 of the Decree creating the Open and Distance University of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 19, 2012, is repealed.
