La propuesta regulatoria es el documento por virtud del cual el Organismo Público Descentralizado, con personalidad Jurídica y patrimonio propio, sectorizado, a la Secretaría de Marina denominado Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec, creado mediante Decreto de fecha 14 de junio de 2019 y su reforma del 14 de marzo de 2023 publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) emite la DECLARATORIA DEL POLO DE DESARROLLO PARA EL BIENESTAR SALINA CRUZ mediante la cual se declara como Polo de Desarrollo para el Bienestar Salina Cruz, ubicado en el municipio de Salina Cruz, en el estado de Oaxaca.

The regulatory proposal is the document by virtue of which the Decentralized Public Organization, with legal personality and its own assets, sectorized, to the Secretary of the Navy called the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, created by Decree dated June 14, 2019 and its reform of March 14, 2023 published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) issues the DECLARATION OF THE SALINA CRUZ DEVELOPMENT SPACE FOR WELL-BEING, by which it is declared as the Salina Cruz Well-being Development Pole, located in the municipality of Salina Cruz, in the state of Oaxaca.
