La propuesta regulatoria es el documento por virtud del cual el Organismo Público Descentralizado, con personalidad Jurídica y patrimonio propio, sectorizado, a la Secretaría de Marina denominado Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec, creado mediante Decreto de fecha 14 de junio de 2019 y su reforma del 14 de marzo de 2023 publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) emite la DECLARATORIA DEL POLO DE DESARROLLO PARA EL BIENESTAR COATZACOALCOS II mediante la cual se declara como Polo de Desarrollo para el Bienestar Coatzacoalcos II, ubicado en el municipio de Coatzacoalcos, estado de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave.
