La "Resolución" reforma el artículo 2 Bis 114, párrafo primero, fracción I, inciso b), adicionando a este un párrafo segundo, a efecto de establecer que, para el caso de las instituciones de banca de desarrollo, aquellos aprovechamientos que la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público obtenga de dichas instituciones de conformidad con el artículo 10 de la Ley de Ingresos de la Federación para el ejercicio fiscal de 2023 o el que le sustituya, no se tomarán en consideración como un factor dentro del "Componente de Servicios" que se utiliza para la determinación del "Indicador de Negocio", el cual a su vez permite obtener el Requerimiento de Capital por Riesgo Operacional bajo el Método del Indicador de Negocio.

The "Resolution" amends article 2 Bis 114, first paragraph, section I, subparagraph b), adding a second paragraph to this, in order to establish that, in the case of development banking institutions, those uses that the Secretariat of the Treasury and Public Credit obtained from said institutions in accordance with article 10 of the Federal Income Law for the fiscal year of 2023 or the one that replaces it, will not be taken into consideration as a factor within the "Services Component" which is used to determine the "Business Indicator", which in turn allows obtaining the Capital Requirement for Operational Risk under the Business Indicator Method.
