El anteproyecto tiene como finalidad actualizar la delegación de facultades del Presidente de la Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores con las novedades normativas en materia financiera, así como con la estructura orgánica de la CNBV, con el objeto de lograr eficiencia y eficacia en el cumplimiento de sus atribuciones, en especial aquellas recientemente determinadas por la Ley para Regular las Instituciones de Tecnología Financiera y por las disposiciones en materia de austeridad republicana de la Administración Pública Federal.

The purpose of the preliminary draft is to update the delegation of powers of the President of the National Banking and Securities Commission with the new regulations in financial matters, as well as with the organic structure of the CNBV, in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in compliance with its attributions, especially those recently determined by the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions and by the provisions on republican austerity of the Federal Public Administration.
