RESUMEN PROGRAMA E064 EDUCACIÓN PARA ADULTOS Se somete a su amable consideración el Proyecto de Reglas de Operación del E064 Programa Educación para Adultos (INEA). OBJETIVO: Brindar servicios educativos de alfabetización, primaria y secundaria para personas jóvenes y adultas de 15 años o más, para contribuir a la atención del rezago educativo, apoyándose en la participación social con enfoque de derechos humanos. POBLACIÓN OBJETIVO: La población objetivo del Programa está conformada por personas que vivan en las localidades, municipios y/o demarcaciones territoriales de la Ciudad de México de las 32 entidades federativas, y la población mexicana que radica en el extranjero y que solicitan el servicio y que cumplan con alguna de las siguientes características: • Tener 15 años o más y estar en situación de rezago educativo (alfabetización, sin primaria y sin secundaria). • Tener entre 10 y 14 años de edad que no han iniciado o concluido la educación primaria y que no sea competencia de otra autoridad. Y que, por su condición de extra edad, geográfica, migratoria o que, al estar en una condición de vulnerabilidad de carácter socioeconómico, físico, de identidad cultural, origen étnico o nacional no iniciaron o concluyeron su primaria en el sistema escolarizado. TIPO DE APOYO: Todos los apoyos especificados en las Reglas de Operación son máximos y están sujetos a suficiencia presupuestaria, los cuales son: • En especie: materiales educativos y de acreditación, impresos o en línea; y espacios para la atención educativa, evaluación y acreditación • Económico; apoyos para las personas voluntarias beneficiarias del subsidio que participan en el Programa.

The Project of “Reglas de Operación of E064 Programa de Educación para Adultos (INEA)” is submitted to your kind consideration. OBJECTIVE: Promote literacy services, primary and secondary education for young people and adults of 15 or older, to contribute with the attention to educational backwardness, based on social participation with a human rights approach. TARGET POPULATION: The target population of the Program is made up of people living in the localities, municipalities and/or territorial demarcations of Mexico City of the 32 federal entities and the population residing abroad, that meet any of the following characteristics: • Being 15 years or older in a situation of educational backwardness (literacy, without primary and secondary education) • Being between 10 and 14 years old, who have not started or completed primary school and that no other authority is taking care of them. And that have not started or completed primary school in the education system, due to their situation as extra-age, geographic, legal immigration or due to socioeconomic vulnerability, physical, cultural identity, ethnic or national origin. The application for registration will be at the request of the father, mother or the family or tutor. KING OF SUPPORT: All the supports, specified in the Reglas de Operación, are maximum and are subject to Budget sufficiency. The supports may be: • In kind (educational materials and accreditation printed or online, spaces for educational attention, evaluation and accreditation) • Economic, in support of volunteers beneficiaries of the subsidy who participate in the Program.
