La regulación propuesta consiste en el “Acuerdo por el que se modifica el transitorio Primero de la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-236-SE-2021, Vehículos automotores-Condiciones fisicomecánicas de los vehículos con peso bruto vehicular que no exceda 3,857 kg.” El Acuerdo tiene por objeto, tal como lo indica el título del anteproyecto, modificar transitorio Primero de la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-236-SE-2021, para quedar como sigue: PRIMERO. Se modifica el artículo transitorio Primero de la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-236-SE-2021, Vehículos automotores-Condiciones fisicomecánicas de los vehículos con peso bruto vehicular que no exceda 3,857 kg, publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 3 de mayo de 2022, para quedar como sigue: Primero: La presente Norma Oficial Mexicana entrará en vigor el 1 de diciembre de 2022. SEGUNDO. Publíquese el presente Acuerdo en el Diario Oficial de la Federación. TERCERO. El presente Acuerdo entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.

The proposed regulation consists of the "Agreement that modifies the First transitory provision of the Mexican Official Standard NOM-236-SE-2021, Motor Vehicles-Physicomechanical conditions of vehicles with gross vehicle weight not exceeding 3,857 kg". The purpose of the Agreement is, as indicated in the title of the preliminary draft, to modify the transitory First of the Official Mexican Standard NOM-236-SE-2021, to read as follows: FIRST: Transitory Article One of Mexican Official Standard NOM-236-SE-2021, Motor Vehicles-Physicomechanical conditions of vehicles with gross vehicle weight not exceeding 3,857 kg, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 3, 2022, is amended to read as follows: FIRST: This Official Mexican Standard shall enter into force on December 1, 2022. SECOND: This Agreement shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation. THIRD: This Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
