El proyecto de ACUERDO POR EL QUE SE EMITEN LOS LINEAMIENTOS QUE REGULAN LA DESIGNACIÓN DE LOS TITULARES DE LAS UNIDADES DE ADMINISTRACIÓN Y FINANZAS U HOMOLÓGOS DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA FEDERAL tiene por objeto delegar en la persona titular de la Oficialía Mayor de la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público la facultad de designación y remoción de los titulares de las Unidades de Administración y Finanzas, prevista en el artículo 31, fracción XXII, de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal, así como establecer disposiciones de carácter general aplicables a dichas Unidades, en términos del segundo párrafo del artículo 20 de la citada ley.

The draft AGREEMENT ISSUING THE GUIDELINES REGULATING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE HEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE UNITS OR APPROVED UNITS OF THE FEDERAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION has the purpose of delegating to the person in charge of the Mayor's Office of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit the power to appoint and remove the heads of the Administration and Finance Units, provided for in article 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, as well as general provisions applicable to said Units, under the terms of the second paragraph of article 20 of the aforementioned law.
