El proyecto de “DECRETO POR EL QUE SE REFORMAN Y ADICIONAN DIVERSAS DISPOSICIONES DEL REGLAMENTO INTERIOR DE LA SECRETARÍA DE HACIENDA Y CRÉDITO PÚBLICO Y DEL REGLAMENTO INTERIOR DEL SERVICIO DE ADMINISTRACIÓN TRIBUTARIA, Y POR EL QUE SE EXPIDE EL REGLAMENTO INTERIOR DE LA AGENCIA NACIONAL DE ADUANAS DE MÉXICO”, tiene como propósito reestructurar y reubicar competencias del SAT en materia de despacho aduanero como resultado de la creación de la citada Agencia como órgano desconcentrado de la SHCP, conforme al decreto mencionado.

The Draft "DECREE REFORMING AND SUPPLEMENTING VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND PUBLIC CREDIT AND OF THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE TAX ADMINISTRATION SERVICE, AND BY WHICH THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE MEXICO'S NATIONAL CUSTOMS AGENCY ARE ISSUED" is aimed at restructuring and relocating the Tax Administration Service's customs clearance powers as a result of the creation of the above mencioned Agency as a desconcentrated body of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, in accordance with the aforementioned decree.
