El acuerdo contempla la actualización anual que debe realizar la Secretaría de Economía de los montos establecidos en los artículos 1067 Bis, fracción II, 1253, fracción VI, 1339, 1340 y 1390 Bis 33 del Código de Comercio. Dicha actualización debe realizarse conforme a la inflación anual basándose en la variación observada en el valor del Índice Nacional de Precios al Consumidor que da a conocer el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía:1. El Índice Nacional de Precios al Consumidor del mes de noviembre de 2020, el cual fue de 108.856 puntos; 2. El Índice Nacional de Precios al Consumidor del mes de noviembre de 2021, que fue de 116.884 puntos, y 3. La inflación anual acumulada de noviembre de 2020 a noviembre de 2021 fue de 7.37 por ciento.

The agreement provides for the annual update to be performed by the Ministry of Economy of the amounts set out in Articles 1067 bis , section II , 1253 , section VI , 1339 , 1340 and 1390 Bis 33 of the Commercial Code . This update should be performed according to the annual inflation based on the observed variation in the value of the National Consumer Price Index which discloses the National Institute of Statistics and Geography : 1 . The National Consumer Price Index in November 2020 , which was 108.856 points ; 2. The National Consumer Price Index in November 2021 , which was 116, 884 points , and 3. The annual accumulated inflation November 2020 to November 2021 was 7.37 percent.
