El anteproyecto tiene como finalidad reorganizar las unidades administrativas y facultades de la CNBV, con el objeto de lograr una estructura más eficaz en el cumplimiento de sus atribuciones, en especial aquellas recientemente determinadas por la Ley para Regular las Instituciones de Tecnología Financiera y por las disposiciones en materia de austeridad republicana de la Administración Pública Federal.

The purpose of the preliminary draft is to reorganize the administrative units and powers of the CNBV, in order to achieve a more efficient structure in the fulfillment of its powers, especially those recently determined by the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions and by the provisions in the matter of republican austerity of the Federal Public Administration.
