El anteproyecto de las Reglas de Operación del Programa para la Productividad y Competitividad Industrial (PPCI) muestra que el PPCI es una herramienta del Gobierno Federal en beneficio de la industria manufacturera nacional que tiene como objetivo general mejorar la productividad de las empresas mediante el apoyo a proyectos e iniciativas de carácter industrial que propicien un crecimiento económico incluyente. Lo anterior se logra mediante de apoyos que entrega la Secretaría de Economía a través del PPCI para certificaciones de capital humano, procesos y productos, fortalecimiento y desarrollo sectorial y potenciación productiva.

The blueprint of the operation rules of the Programa Para la Productividad y Competitividad Industrial (PPCI) shows that the PPCI is a tool of the Federal Government in benefit of the manufacturing national industry that has as a general objective to improve the productivity of enterprises through the support to projects and initiatives of industrial character that propitiate an inclusive economic growth. This is achieved through supports that the PPCI gives in representation of the Secretary of Economics for certifications for human capital, processes and products, sectorial strengthening and development and productivity empowerment.
