El Acuerdo por el que las entidades paraestatales coordinadas por la Secretaría de Educación Pública se agrupan en subsectores y se designa a los suplentes para presidir sus órganos de gobierno o equivalentes, es la disposición normativa en la cual se establecen los lineamientos para coordinar a las entidades paraestatales del sector educativo y agruparlas en subsectores, designando representantes de la dependencia en los órganos de gobierno o equivalentes de éstas, y estableciendo el marco de actuación de estos representantes, facilitando con ello la operación de los órganos de gobierno. Lo anterior, con el propósito de dar congruencia al funcionamiento de las entidades paraestatales sectorizadas a la Secretaría de Educación Pública, y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del sector.

The Agreement by which the parastatal entities coordinated by the Ministry of Public Education are grouped into subsectors and alternates are appointed to preside over their governing bodies or equivalent, is the normative provision that establishes the guidelines for coordinating the parastatal entities in the education sector and grouping them into subsectors, appointing representatives of the unit in the governing bodies or their equivalents, and establishing the framework for the action of these representatives, thereby facilitating the operation of the governing bodies. The purpose of the foregoing is to give consistency to the functioning of the parastatal entities sectorized to the Ministry of Public Education, and to guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives of the sector.
