Resumen del anteproyecto
La regulación propuesta consiste en determinar la publicación del aviso mediante el cual se informa que quedan sin efectos las medidas de regulación asimétrica en materia de comercialización de gas natural establecidas mediante la resolución RES/997/2015, aplicables a Petróleos Mexicanos. Lo anterior, con el objetivo de cumplir con lo establecido en el segundo párrafo del acuerdo Decimosexto del diverso A/030/2018.

Summary of the draft
The proposed regulation determines the publication of the notice through which the Commission informs that the asymmetric regulation measures regarding the commercialization of natural gas established by resolution RES / 997/2015, applicable to Petróleos Mexicanos, are without effect. The foregoing, in order to comply with the provisions of the second paragraph of the Sixteenth agreement of the A/030/2018.
