Resumen del anteproyecto
El instrumento tiene por objeto dar a conocer los días inhábiles del mes de diciembre de 2018 y los de enero del año 2019, con la finalidad de dar certeza y seguridad jurídica a todas aquellas personas que tienen asuntos en trámite en la Secretaría y sus órganos administrativos desconcentrados.

Summary of the draft
The purpose of the instrument is present the legal holidays of December 2018 and January of the year 2019, in order to provide legal certainty and security to all those people who have issues in process in the Secretariat and its administrative bodies deconcentrated.
