La regulación propuesta tiene el objetivo de reducir el riesgo de incidentes o accidentes derivado del llenado parcial o total de recipientes portátiles a presión, garantizando las condiciones mínimas de seguridad industrial, seguridad operativa y protección al medio ambiente.

Summary of the draft
The proposed regulation aims to reduce the risk of incidents or accidents resulting from the partial or total filling of pressurized portable containers, guaranteeing the minimum conditions of industrial safety, operational safety and protection to the environment.
