El Acuerdo tiene por objeto modificar el artículo 29 de los Lineamientos para el otorgamiento del subsidio para el fortalecimiento del desempeño en materia de seguridad pública a los municipios y demarcaciones territoriales de la Ciudad de México y, en su caso, a las entidades federativas que ejerzan de manera directa o coordinada la función para el ejercicio fiscal 2017, con relación a el acceso a la bolsa concursable,  a fin de apoyar a los aquéllos Municipios beneficiarios que hayan recibido el cien (100) por ciento de los recursos de la segunda ministración de los recursos FORTASEG 2017 y que se encuentren considerados en las declaratorias de desastre natural por la ocurrencia de Sismo con magnitud de 8.2 el 7 de septiembre de 2017, correspondientes a los Estados de Chiapas y Oaxaca.

The purpose of the Agreement is to amend article 29 of the Guidelines for the granting of the subsidy for the strengthening of public security performance to the municipalities and territorial demarcations of Mexico City and, if applicable, to the federative entities that exercise in a direct or coordinated manner, the function for fiscal year 2017, in relation to access to the competitive grant, in order to support those Beneficiary Municipalities that have received one hundred (100) percent of the resources of the second administration of the resources FORTASEG 2017 and that are considered in the declarations of natural disaster by the occurrence of Earthquake with magnitude of 8.2 on September 7, 2017, corresponding to the States of Chiapas and Oaxaca.
