La Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, a través de la Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Ambiente C O N V O C A A todas las Empresas que, una vez certificadas en el Nivel de Desempeño Ambiental 2, establecido en la NMX-162-AA-SCFI-2012, demuestren acciones sobresalientes en el cuidado del medio ambiente y deseen participar en el proceso de selección para obtener el RECONOCIMIENTO DE EXCELENCIA AMBIENTAL 2017. Las empresas deberán cumplir ciertos requisitos para poder inscribirse en el proceso de selección: 1. Carta de postulación para obtener el Reconocimiento. 2. Serán todas aquellas cuyas actividades no correspondan a las señaladas en la Ley de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Industrial y de Protección al Medio Ambiente del Sector Hidrocarburos. 3. Solicitud de inscripción. 4. El periodo de recepción será el comprendido del 17 de abril de 2017 al día 5 de mayo de 2017. 5. La documentación será manejada confidencialmente. 6. La evaluación se llevará a cabo por el grupo de trabajo que integre la Subprocuraduría 7. La calificación mínima aprobatoria será de 85 puntos. 8. Una vez realizada la evaluación se emitirá el dictamen de aquellas empresas que cumplan con los requisitos para ser merecedoras del Reconocimiento. 9. El fallo se dará a conocer a más tardar el día 31 de mayo de 2017, será inapelable y se difundirá a través del sitio web oficial de la Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Ambiente. 10. El Reconocimiento será entregado, en un evento público. 11. El Reconocimiento de Excelencia Ambiental 2017 otorgará el derecho de utilizar la imagen de Excelencia Ambiental. The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, through the Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection CONVENE To all the companies that once certified in Environmental Performance level 2, established in Mexican Regulation NMX-162-AA-SCFI-2012, and demonstrate remarkable actions in the environmental care and wish to participate in the selection process to obtain the Environmental Excellence Award 2017. The companies that may participate in the present summons will be all those which activities do not correspond to those indicated in Law of the National Agency of Industrial Security and Environmental Protection of Oil Sector Activities. 3. Request of registration. 4. The reception dates will be from April 17th to May 5th 2017 inclusive. 5. The delivery of documents must be realized in personal way and will be handled confidentially. 6. The evaluation will be carried out by the workgroup that the Sub attorney’s office integrates. 7. The minimum approving qualification will be 85 points. 8. After the evaluation and scoring based on the criteria, the workgroup will issue the opinion of those companies that meet the requirements to be worthy of recognition. 9. The decision shall be final and will be announced no later than May 31st , 2017 by posting on the official website of the Federal Attorney´s office for Environmental Protection. 10. The recognition will be given at a public event. 11. The Environmental Excellence Award 2017 will grant the winners the right to use the sign of Environmental Excellence.
